We had an interesting experience this transfer. We were informed two days before they were scheduled to arrive that all of our north americans who were supposed to come had visa problems and would not be arriving. We had four latin missionaries and two americans that should have come 6 weeks ago that would still come. Then on Monday, we were informed that the others would be coming after all, but not at the same time. We did two sets of training, then had zone council in the same week. It was a great week, but tiring. Here is our first group of refuerzos (reinforcements). They arrived on Tuesday, July 29.
The second wave of missionaries arrived on Wednesday, July 30. We had to leave the training with the first group early to go to the airport and pick up these great missionaries. We are impressed with all of them.
